Free Prize Draw : Ts and Cs
From time to time, Elfie Drinks Co Ltd offers a Free Prize Draw(s) via an Instagram and or Facebook post to win a prize or prizes.
The draw is open to all UK residents except those connected with the promotion. The prize(s) will be as specified on the post and there is no cash alternative. Only one prize per household. No purchase is necessary. Closing date is specified on the post.
How to Enter:
Simply Like and or make an appropriate comment as requested on the post for your chance to win. Remember to follow our page to ensure you don’t miss out on our winner announcement! If you have not previously liked / followed our Facebook and or Instagram page you may be sent an invitation to do this.
The winner will be drawn randomly from those who Like and or Comment on the post. The winner’s name will be announced on the Elfie Facebook page and we will Direct Message them where technically possible. The winner must respond or contact us to claim their prize within 28 days of announcement and we will despatch the prize to their verified UK address at our cost (or arrange for the prize to be otherwise delivered as appropriate). If any prize is not claimed by the winner within 28 days of announcement, then the prize will be forfeited and may be used in a new Prize Draw.
We take care to describe the prize(s) accurately, including any value shown at time of posting. The prize may be available at a higher or lower price elsewhere, and we make no warranty about this. The specific prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute the prize for another of our choosing, which will be of equal or similar value to the original prize. There is no cash alternative.
The closing date is shown on the post(s). If this has been omitted in Error, then the entrant can normally assume they need to enter by the last day of the calendar month of the post in question. In such a case, we may need to extend the closing date for all entrants to accommodate this.
